Paula Faris
Paula Faris is an American journalist
from America. She was previously an anchor for TV on ABC News. Her stints as
co-anchor of Good Morning America Weekend (2014-2018) and co-host of The View
(2015-2018) are popular. Prior to that she was co-anchor for America This
Morning (World News Now) as well as America This Morning (America This
Morning). After graduating, she worked in several communications-related jobs
including an operations position at Mills/James Productions in Columbus, Ohio.
Due to the limited opportunities on TV she was employed in sales for radio.
After one year working as a production assistant at WKEF/WRGT she was in a
position to report and anchor occasionally. She was the weekend and weekday
sports anchors at WCPO TV, Cincinnati, from 2002 until. When her contract ended
and she became a anchor and sports reporter for the NBC affiliate WMAQ-TV in
Chicago between November 2005 and December 2011. In December 2011 it was
announced that she has been hired by the news division of ABC, ABC News. The
2nd of January, 2012, she made her debut on ABC News' World News Now and
America This Morning. She also appeared on Good Morning America's fill-in
programme, Good Morning America, on January 2, 2012. Later, she was promoted to
a New York-based correspondent for all ABC News programs. The last show she
appeared on was World News Now and America This Morning was broadcast on
January 22nd in 2013. Following the time that Bianna Golodryga left for Yahoo!,
her debut as co-anchor on Good Morning America Weekend was on August 9, 2014.
News. On the 25th of August, 2015, ABC announced she would join The View as a
co-host for season 19. The show announced on August 3 this year that she was
renewed for her contract for the twentieth season. Season 21 also got renewed
with the co-hosting role. She was on the show mostly during Friday episodes of
the 21st season and the 22nd season.
