Ayelet Zurer
Ayelet Zurer one of Israel's best loved
actresses, is an extremely special person. Her birthplace is in Tel Aviv, and
first attracted the attention of Hollywood when she was enlisted by Steven
Spielberg in her first English-speaking part, playing Eric Bana's character's
wife in the Oscar(r) nominated film Munich (2005). Zurer has appeared in many
Studio films since arriving in America, which includes Sony Pictures' Vantage
Point opposite William Hurt and Dennis Quaid Samuel Goldwyn's Fugitive Parts opposite
Stephen Dillane, Paul Schrader’s Adam Resurrected alongside Jeff Goldblum, and
Willem Dafoe. Ron Howard's Angeles and Demons, opposite Tom Hanks, Darling
Companion, an ensemble Lawrence Kasdan casting that features Diane Keaton,
Kevin Kline and Warner Bros. Man Of Steel with Russell Crow. Ewan McGregor was
the director of Rodrigo Garcia, Last Days in the Desert, and she waited for the
release of The Last Knights, a film written by Kazuaki Kiriya. She is starring
alongside Clive Owen. For her role as Hostages as the lead actress she was
awarded the Gold Nymph Award at the 54th Festival of Television in Monte-Carlo.

performance as Nina in the Tragedies. Ayelet also won nominations for her work

critic's award, and also a spot in Haifa's "film Boulevard" for her
international and regional achievements. Zurer was also awarded the Israeli
Television Academy Award for her role in "In Treatment" which is a
renowned international TV series, which has been made available for American
television by HBO. She was also nominated for an apt performance in 2014's most
popular drama "Shtisel", and was awarded the most outstanding actress
for drama for her portrayal as a brilliant surgeon in an existential dilemma in
Hostages. The series was sold to BBC4 & Canal Plus and the American
ABC. Golbary the most well-known Israeli women's clothing company is her
"face". She is a producer as well as a writer. Ayelet has worked on a
handful of her ideas in Israel as well as in the US and has expressed interest
in working with international directors from all over, including unknown
writers/directors.
